How To Fix SSL Certificate cPanel, Exim, Ftp, Dovecot Expiry

The following tutorial shows how to resolve WHM Server error message that The SSL certificate for cpanel, exim, ftp, dovecot will expire in less than 30 days.
You suddenly got a mail:
The SSL certificate for cpanel, exim, ftp, dovecot will expire in less than 30 days.
Your server's SSL certificate for cpanel, exim, ftp, dovecot will expire in less than 30 days. You need to install a new certificate as soon as possible. You can install a new certificate using WHM's "Manage Service SSL Certificates" interface:... (Main >> Service Configuration >> Manage Service SSL Certificates).


I get this mail too, but its no reason to panic. Quite simply enough, the email contains all you need to do. You don't need to buy a certificate for your server.

Steps:
1. Log in to your WHM Server interface >> Main

2. Proceed to >> Service Configuration

3. Select >> Manage Service SSL Certificates

You will now see a list of your expired WHM Server SSL certificates as in the image below:

4. All you need to do is RESET each certificate, and self-sign it. This bring the pop-up message as below:

Confirm this, and you are good to go.

With that, the messages will stop coming and you have another one year to repeat this exercise.
